The Travelogue continues – we are blessed to have the opportunity to travel to some incredible places to play our music.
We headed north to Dorrigo Folk & Bluegrass Festival in October travelling through Kelly Country and were diverted by floodwaters.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Dorrigo Folk & Bluegrass Festival, caught up with old friends and made some new ones too.
Luckily living in a beautiful part of the world, it is always a pleasure to return home after some travels.

We were really lucky to be booked to play at Happy Wanderer Festival.
Small, friendly and very welcoming – a lovely Festival.

Having moved house in the last six months we took a little time to play shows a little closer to home….

Appalachian Heaven String Band were kind enough to invite us to join them at Open Studio for a night of ole time string band music – it’s a real honour to know one of Australia’s finest bands that play old time string band music.

MOTH – Music on the Hill has very quickly established itself as a premium venue for live acoustic music.
We supported the incredibly talented Tresses featuring Ella Hooper, Melody Pool and Gena Rose Bruce.

Next stop Tasmania for the Cygnet Folk Festival.
Tasmania would have to be one of the loveliest places to visit in Australia – incredible food, gorgeous natural environment and fantastic music – we had an absolute ball.

Friends have just bought an old bank in Queenstown Tasmania and have opened an amazing gallery called Q Bank Gallery.

We found an old church on a hill in Gretna…..

Cygnet is a beautiful town and Cygnet Folk Festival has really grown since we had been there about 10 years ago. We were spoiled by the most glorious weather!
We stayed in Dover.

The little church on the hill…..
